Compact Vacuum Systems
Rexroth rounds out its existing EBS vacuum generator program |

The new vacuum ejectors from Rexroth – with a vacuum switch or electrical control. |

 |
The vacuum generator program from Rexroth has been expanded to include a second stage. Rexroth has launched the versions EBS-PT with vacuum switch and EBS-ET with an additional electrical control to complete the product family.

Shorter cycle times through faster grabbing and placement: The new EBS (Ejector Basic System) vacuum ejector versions trump the competition with an integrated electronic vacuum switch or with vacuum control and blow-off impulse. The EBS-PT…-VE (vacuum switch electronic) basic ejector has a permanently integrated electronic vacuum switch. The second newcomer, the ET (electric control, T-form) is available with or without a blow-off impulse, depending on the nozzle diameters. All EBS-ET versions are available with or without a vacuum switch as a further option.

The EBS series is suited for applications where space is critical. Minimized dimensions and consistent use of polymers make the EBS series a low-weight multitalent. The new vacuum generators are also ideal for use in dynamic areas, such as in small-handling applications. They can be directly assembled on a mini slide, which optimizes performance in terms of speed and response characteristics.

A large selection of power stages for the EBS-PT, EBS-PT…VE and EBS-ET ejectors ensure high process reliability, making them the optimum ejectors for any application.

The EBS-PI inline ejector can also be integrated directly in the hose line thanks to its extremely compact dimensions and axial connections. This saves the user installation costs and time.

The ejectors in the EBS series from Rexroth work in accordance with the Venturi principle, providing a high vacuum and suction flow for shorter cycle times. They are available in 6 power stages, enabling fine power graduation for minimal air consumption.
